This welding equipment is for emergency usage. We could use this system for welding, cutting and soldering thin iron plates. This program operates on a 12-volt battery that's readily available. All of the materials of the system are readily available. Everyone can create and use it to get emergency welding and cutting and soldering edge.

Materials required:- 12-volt automobile battery, two thick cables, carbon pole of flashlight battery along with plier.

Making Procedure:-

Carry 12-volt automobile battery and set it in a secure place like flooring to prevent burning anything.

Take a classic flashlight battery and then extract carbon pole from it.

Take 1 cable and bind one ending with carbon pole and link to any 1 terminal of the battery.

Take a different cable and link into a different terminal at one side and at another finish join iron plate that we've weld.

Start welding using a heating carbon pole.

Do not attempt to weld over 3 to 5 minutes. If you would like to weld longer wait for a while to get cool down cables then you may begin.

Utilize this system just for emergency function as it can harm your battery if you use it more time.

Another usage of the system: --

We could utilize it for soldering electronics. All the practice is exactly the same for soldering. We will need to sharp carbon pole's end using a knife-like pen. This empowers us to marketed electronics like a different soldering machine. We will need to warm up the carbon pole and employ soldering paste. This system offered smoothly.
